Dial the TELL-R-PHONE telephone number from any phone. After a brief introduction you will be presented with a list of options. All options can be input via touch-tone or voice commands.

Enter Account Number (# key ends the account number but is optional)
Enter Security Code (4 digit PIN)
After the balance information is played the following submenu items are available:

1 - Withdrawal information ('7' and '9' are used to replay and skip transactions)

2 - Deposit information ('7' and '9' are used to replay and skip transactions)

3 - Balance information (includes rate, YTD interest and Previous Year's interest)

4 - For a fax

5 - Change security code

6 - Search for a transaction by check number or amount

Search for a check by check number
Search for a withdrawal by amount
Search for a deposit by amount

7 - Transfer funds or loan payments

8 - Tutorial (available at any menu)

* - Returns to previous menu or allows you to reenter digits when entering numbers, OR say "stop"
# - Returns to main menu OR from the main menu, plays closing messages (customizable) and ends the call, OR say "cancel"

You may "say" or "press" the appropriate number, as shown above, on your telephone keypad. Remember to wait for the beep before speaking.

After you have made your selection you will be asked to enter your account number and security code. By "voice", say each number after the beep. Your account balance will be played automatically. It's that simple!
